Shipping Methods and Fees

Standard Shipping:

Fee: Fixed fee of $5.99 per order

Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after order placement (additional 1-2 business days for remote areas)

Eligibility: Most grocery items on the platform (excluding refrigerated and frozen items, which require special cold chain shipping. Please refer to the product details page for details).

VIP Shipping:

Fee: Fixed fee of $15.99 per order

Delivery Time: Priority delivery within 1-3 business days after order placement, with weekend delivery available

Eligibility: Includes all items with Standard Shipping, including expedited cold chain delivery for refrigerated and frozen items

Shipping Fee Discounts
Orders over $39.99 automatically qualify for free shipping (Standard Shipping is the default option. You can upgrade to VIP Shipping if you wish). Shipping (only a $10 difference is required)
Free shipping applies to all shipping areas, with no additional restrictions.
