Return Policy

Garboyle always values your shopping experience. If the product you received has quality issues, is damaged, or was shipped incorrectly, you can request a return within the specified timeframe. We will provide you with a hassle-free return solution:

Return Application Requirements

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the product (based on the logistics receipt date).

The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged (excluding quality issues or shipping damage), with all accessories, labels, and invoices.

Personal or perishable items such as food and cosmetics are not eligible for returns if they have been opened, used, or have exceeded their expiration date (excluding quality issues).

For returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike or wrong purchase), ensure that the product does not affect resale, and the return shipping costs are the user's responsibility. For returns due to product quality or platform errors, the return shipping costs are borne by Garboyle.

Return Process

Log in to garboyle.com, go to "My Orders," find the order, and click "Request a Return"

Enter the reason for return, upload photos of the product problem (e.g., damage, wrong shipment, etc.), and your order information, and submit your request.

After customer service approves your request, we will email you the return address and shipping instructions.

Ship the product back to the designated address according to the instructions, and enter the tracking number on your order form.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment account.

Special Notes:
Customized products (e.g., engraved or custom-packaged) are not eligible for unconditional returns. We only accept returns for quality issues.

If the returned product is found to be defective upon inspection or is otherwise ineligible for return, it will be shipped back to you by the original shipping method. You will be responsible for any shipping costs.
